Aaron Salazar is new to the San Diego area and has recently signed on as a draftsman with the IS Architecture team. Originally from Colorado , Mr. Salazar moved to California six years ago where he began his career with Cadre Design Group. After completing several drafting courses at Folsom Community College, and using the knowledge he gained from high school drafting courses, Mr. Salazar began setting his plans to become an architectural draftsman into motion.

In his five years at Cadre Design Group, Mr. Salazar gained working knowledge on projects ranging from commercial and residential drafting to road and bridgework for companies such as Caltrans, URS, and even began work on the new Bay Bridge project in San Francisco . With his extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation, Mr. Salazar fit right into the IS Architecture team. He is now working for IS doing as-built documentation and construction documentation for project managers.

After completing several courses at Folsom Community College, basic studies at Sierra College and accelerating into the architectural work place, Mr. Salazar is looking forward to continuing a challenging and fulfilling career with IS Architecture.
