Interior and exterior remodel and addition of an existing 1950's "colonial ranch "style residence. The residence was remodeled in a Cape Cod beach house style. The remodel included all areas of the existing residence, 2000 sq. ft., and additions of 2000 sq. ft. The design relocated and opened the new kitchen to the new family room and a new dinning area creating one large living area filled with light from new eight foot windows. A new second story contains the family's four bedrooms freeing two of the original bedrooms to become home offices.
