Remodel to an existing single-family residence added a second story including a master bedroom, master bathroom and study. A new entry stair tower was created that is flooded with natural daylight and serves the second story master suite as well as the window seat book retreat that captures white-water ocean views. The kitchen, family room and living rooms were remodeled.
