The clients, a young couple, wanted to transform their one-story beach cottage into a two-level contemporary
home that captured ocean views and reflected their personal style.

Construction costs were kept to a minimum by adding a bedroom & private
bath on the first level that opened onto the backyard pool & jacuzzi. The exterior
of the house was refinished with new stucco, new aluminum doors & windows,
& a standing seam metal roof.
