Member a three firm team selected to provide professional consultant services. The project, funded by CDBG funds, included a reconnaissance survey of all potential historic and architecturally significant resources, review of potential historic districts, preservation options, incentive packages and an educational outreach program. The survey identified over 11,000 contributing resources and 600 individually significant resources. The survey also identified 12 potential historic districts with boundary justifications.
Responsibilities: Consultant Architect for Historic Preservation responsible for reconnaissance survey field documentation and data input and identification and evaluation of 12 potential historic districts.
