Vista Irrigation District
Completion: January 2005

Lead Consultant Architect for Historic Preservation responsible for orchestrating several sub consultants. The Vista Irrigation District plans to fully restore the ranch house and a local docent society plans to provide docent lead tours. The project team included two historians, a landscape architect, historic cultural landscape interpreter, structural engineer, and a program interpretation consultant.

Responsibilities:IS Architecture, as the preservation architect and lead consultant, prepared the Historic Structures Report and preservation drawings for the Warner-Carrillo Adobe Ranch House and Barn. Based on the results of the Historic Structures Report, the preservation plan will identify areas requiring immediate stabilization measures, as well as, providing documentation for the entire restoration of the structure.
