Interior and exterior remodel of an existing 1960s "ranch "style residence. The residence was remodeled in a modern style with references to Spanish colonial revival elements. The remodel included all areas of the existing residence, 3000 sq. ft., and additions of 900 sq. ft. The design relocated and opened the kitchen to the family room and a breakfast room creating one large living area filled with light from new windows and skylights.
