1924 Spanish Colonial Revival residence - originally designed by Richard Requa. The breakfast room, bedroom, bathroom, sun porch and garage addition was designed in a manner to maintain the character of the historic home. This project involved a complicated retaining wall foundation and seismic retrofit.
