7,000 sq. ft. A hilltop, courtyard style home built in the 1920s was remodeled to bring the house back to its original Spanish Colonial Revival style. The house was previously remodeled in the 1980s in a Contemporary style, completely destroying the home's original splendor. Today, the front door leads into the entryway and a curving staircase made with oak treads, detailed with Malibu tiles. The entry leads to a long loggia lined with massive overhead beams.

An arcade and a circular fountain abut the pool area. The home was designed so that many of the rooms face the pool and interior courtyard. The design's intention was to create the feeling of a warm hacienda.
